airBaltic Peer Support Programme (PSP) is assisstance that is provided to our fellow colleagues – Pilots, Cabin Crew, and Tehcnicians – via trained volunteer peers. We are here to listen to you, and help you resove issues you are facing before it becomes deep problem that endangers yourself and others around you. Sometimes all you need is to talk with a colleage who knows the specifics your your day-to-day routines and can guide you through the challenges you are facing.

We have a team of trained volunteer peers who are ready to listen to you and assisst you resoving various mental health and wellbing issues that you might face: stress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, etc. airBaltic PSP and all peer volunteers are supported by MD and practicing psychoanalytical psychotherapist, who has in-depth knowledge about aviation.

Please note, airBaltic PSP is not providing assisstance in emergency situations! If you are having an emergency, please follow the procedures estabilshed by ariBaltic, or contact appropriate external help if your emergency is not work related.
