About Peer Support

What to do if I am not happy with service that I have received?

We strive to provide the best possible service and assisstance to you, however, if you feel something has not happened right, we will appreciate you telling it straight to us, using our email btpsps@airbaltic.com! We will apprach your information in descrete and professional manner.

Can I request a contact on behalf of another colleague / friend / family member?

I you see your colleague, friend or family member struggling and you think Peer Support would help them, first you could encourage them to contact Peer Support themselves. If they struggle to admit they need some assisstance, but you are worried it would get worse without it, you can request contact, and one of our Peers will contact the person you requested contact for and see if tehy would be willing to accept our support.

If you are requesting a contact on behalf colleague, friend or family member, please specify it in the comments field, and provide a brief description why you are making this request!

When should I use PSP?

If you are going trhough some life situtations that you feel might or already are influencing how you feel everyday and your ability to perform efficiently is affected, it would be a good idea to contact a Peer Supporter. And it is better to do it sooner than later, before it has turned into crisis.

Some of the issues that you can contact Peer Support can be: problems in the training, bereavement, infidelity, divorce, bullying at work, company procedures, financial / legal problems, child being bullied, uncontrollable teenage child, harasment accusation, attendance managmenet problems, chronic fatigue, long-term sickness, substance abuse, fear of flying, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, Covid-19 etc.

What is PSP used for?

airBaltic Peer Support Programme is used for providing you assisstance dealing with mental health or life stress issues. We have a team of trained voluntary Peer Supporters that will listen to you without judgment, and help you find solutions to you situation, or pinpoint you in the direction where prefessional help can be provided.
